If an enemy is already inflicted with Plasma Residue, remove 100% Turn Meter, Daze, Stagger, and Stun them for 1 turn.\n\nWhenever a Gungan ally deals damage to a debuffed enemy, they also deal 5% Max Health damage to that enemy. This damage can't defeat enemies.
