At the end of each turn, Galactic Republic allies recover Health and Protection equal to 50% of the amount enemies recovered that turn. This recovery can't trigger this effect on enemies.

At the start of the encounter, Padawan Obi-Wan gains 100% counter chance until the end of the encounter. Whenever he evades an attack, he recovers 20% Health and Protection. Whenever he attacks out of turn, he deals True damage to the target enemy, which can't be evaded.\n\nWhenever Turn Meter is removed from an enemy, Padawan Obi-Wan gains Foresight for 1 turn. At the start of each Galactic Republic ally's turn, if Padawan Obi-Wan has a stack of Heal Over Time, he gains 20% Offense; and if he has a stack of Protection Over Time, he gains 20% Defense penetration for 1 turn, doubled if there is an active Handmaiden Decoy.
