The first time each turn Inquisitor allies inflict Purge on an enemy, they recover 5% Protection and inflict 1 stack of Purge (max 6) on target enemy until the end of the encounter, which can't be evaded. At the end of each turn, for each Purge dispelled from an enemy, that enemy has a 50% chance to gain 1 stack of Purge (max 6) until the end of the encounter.
