Notes on Player scanning

This tool will scan for a player by Ally Code. If we already have the player in our system, it will redirect to that player's profile.

If we do not have the player in our system, we will scan the player, and then attempt to retrieve the last GAC round for that player. We do not have the ability to go back farther than that.

GAC data is scanned in an eventually-consistent manner - meaning we may not have access to a player's GAC data at a certain time. Once the player is in our system, they will be part of the regular update schedule.
